Yes. The modular kitchen is fully equipped — induction stove, fridge, microwave, basic utensils, and a gas cylinder. You're welcome to cook anything you like. Grocery shops are 5 minutes away in Lonavala market, or message us your list a day before and we'll have basics ready when you arrive.

Yes — we work with a few local cooks who can do vegetarian or non-vegetarian meals for groups of 8–12. Tell us your menu preference at least 24 hours before check-in. Cook charges are billed separately from the villa tariff, with groceries at actuals.

Pets are welcome on prior approval. Drop us a WhatsApp before booking with your pet's size and breed — we'll confirm and share a few simple house rules around the pool and bedrooms.

Absolutely — that's what the rooftop, the snooker table, and the open layout are for. We just ask that loud outdoor music wraps up around 10:30 PM out of respect for the neighbouring residential lane. Indoor music and conversation can carry on as late as you like.

No — the pool runs on Lonavala's naturally cool spring-fed water. Most months it's refreshing rather than chilly. In December and January, you'll want to wait for the midday sun before getting in.

Rates vary by season and day of the week. Off-season weekdays are the most affordable; weekends and festive periods are at a premium. Stays of three nights or longer qualify for a per-night discount.
