About pricing

LonavillaStay is a single-booking villa — you reserve the whole place, not by-the-room. The nightly tariff covers all four air-conditioned bedrooms, the private pool, rooftop terrace, modular kitchen, garden, and parking for 3–4 cars. No hidden electricity, water, or maintenance charges on top.

Rates vary by season and day of the week:

• Off-season weekdays (Mon–Thu, outside festive periods) are our most affordable.
• Weekends (Fri–Sun) and monsoon months are at peak tariff.
• Festive and long weekends — Diwali, Christmas, New Year, Republic Day, Independence Day — are at a premium.
• Stays of 3 nights or longer qualify for a per-night discount.

Why book direct?

You'll find LonavillaStay on a few platforms — but the lowest rate, every time, is by booking with us directly. Platform fees and service charges can add 12–18% to the total before you see the final bill. Booking direct also means:

• Faster, friendlier replies. WhatsApp usually within minutes, no platform messaging delays.
• Flexible check-in. Coming late, leaving early, dropping bags before 1 PM — we'll work it out.
• Honest answers about the area. Lived-in advice on monsoon timing, the food scene, what to skip, and where to take photos.
• Personalised arrangements. Cake, decor, in-house cook, early-morning trips to Bhushi Dam — easier to organise without a platform in the middle.
• Repeat-guest discounts. Returning visitors get a small loyalty rate we don't advertise on platforms.

How to reach LonavillaStay

From Mumbai

About 85 km via the Mumbai-Pune Expressway, roughly 90 minutes by car depending on traffic at the start of the weekend. Exit at Lonavala / Khopoli and follow signs into Lonavala town. We're in Valvan, near Aristro Hotel — share your live location on WhatsApp once you're 10 minutes out and we'll guide you the rest of the way.

From Pune

About 65 km, roughly 70 minutes via the Old Pune-Mumbai Highway or the Expressway. From Lonavala station, we're about 3 km — a short auto or cab ride.

By train

Lonavala is well-connected by train from both Mumbai and Pune. The Deccan Queen, Indrayani Express, and several local trains stop here daily. From Lonavala railway station, the villa is a 7–10 minute drive. We can arrange a pickup on request.

From Khandala

About 5 km — roughly 10 minutes downhill via the Old Mumbai-Pune Highway. If you're staying in Khandala for a day trip and visiting us, this is the quickest hop.
