The Villa

LonavillaStay sits on a quiet lane in Valvan, the side of Lonavala that has somehow stayed peaceful even as the rest of the town has grown. The villa is a single, generously proportioned bungalow — four en-suite bedrooms, two living halls, a wraparound garden, a private swimming pool, and a covered rooftop terrace that probably ends up being everyone's favourite part.

We built the place around a simple idea: a holiday villa should feel less like a hotel and more like a friend's home that happens to be in a hill station. So the kitchen is large enough for three people to cook in. The pool deck has room for actual lounging. The terrace has space for both yoga and a dance floor.

Sleeping arrangements

The villa sleeps up to 12 guests comfortably across four bedrooms. Each bedroom is fully air-conditioned and has an attached bathroom.

Extra mattresses are available on request — useful for families with children.

• Main living hall — generous seating, smart TV, opens to the garden
• Dining area — seats 10 around the table
• Modular kitchen — gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle, full crockery and utensils
• Covered rooftop terrace — for sundowners, late chai, or a quiet morning
• Garden — large enough for kids to play in and for setting up a BBQ

Pool, parking and the practical stuff

The private swimming pool is exclusively yours during the stay and is cleaned between every booking. Pool depth is family-friendly. The driveway can comfortably hold 3–4 cars without anyone having to play parking Tetris. There's a caretaker on call for the duration of your stay — close enough to help, distant enough to give you the space you came here for.

• Check-in 1:00 PM · Check-out 11:00 AM (flexible on request)
• Maximum 12 guests; please confirm group size at the time of booking
• Loud music allowed till 10:30 PM (we're in a residential pocket)
• Smoking permitted only in the garden and rooftop terrace, not indoors
• Outside cooks are welcome; please intimate us in advance
• Pets are welcome on prior approval
• Any damage to property will be charged at actuals
